The Clean Air Programme aims to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by replacing heat sources and improving the energy efficiency of single-family residential buildings.

CLEAN AIR is a Programme:

• For owners or co-owners of single-family residential buildings, or separate dwellings in single-family buildings with a separate land and mortgage book.
• Subsidising the replacement of old and inefficient solid fuel heat sources with modern heat sources meeting the highest standards, and carrying out the necessary thermomodernisation work on the building.
• The subsidy can amount to PLN 30,000 for the basic level of subsidy and PLN 37,000 for the increased level of subsidy.

The subsidies also cover thermomodernisation work, i.e. all measures to seal and insulate a building so that less energy is needed to heat it. This is why subsidies can be obtained for, among other things, replacing windows, external and balcony doors and garage doors with more energy-efficient ones.
